Social distancing: All employees, customers, and vendors will remain 6 feet apart to the greatest extent possible. Employees will be required to wear masks. Signage will be posted to remind guests and employees to practice social distancing. Tables will be sat with no more than 6 guests per table, and all tables will be distanced at least 6 feet from each other. Masks will be required to be worn by guests who are up from their tables.
Hygiene Protocol: Frequent handwashing will be required of all employees and the restaurant will ensure that proper sanitization products are readily available for our entire staff and our guests. Frequent sanitization of all surfaces will be ensured. Thorough cleaning of the entire restaurant will be held daily. Sanitization products will be available throughout the restaurant and in the bathrooms.
Staffing: We are training our staff to guarantee proper knowledge of safety protocols. We will also be limiting the number of staff during each event to maintain distancing measures. All staff will be required to submit to a temperature screening, and we will maintain a record of temperatures for each event.
